After a couple of doses, within about 30mins I feel a lot calmer. Especially in a very stressful time, like after school pick up , when juggling dinner time, showers, play time, listening to everybody's day and making lunch boxes as well as hanging 3 loads of washing... Works amazingly when extremely overwhelmed. I carry it in my hand bag!
