~ Personalised Remedy Selection: Remedies are carefully chosen to match your unique constitution and to support your body’s natural healing ability.

~ In-depth Health History Review: A detailed conversation about your physical, emotional, and mental health to get a context on why you are here today. This includes lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, stress), as well as any existing medical conditions or treatments.

~ Remedies: Based on the information gathered, I will choose the most appropriate remedies to support your overall health and balance. These remedies will help re-calibrating your vital force and bring you back into balance 

Monitoring (6 to 8 Weeks)

~ Monthly Check-ins: The consultation includes email/message check-ins, where the patient can report their progress, any physical or emotional changes, and any concerns. This allows for adjustments to the treatment as needed.

~ Continual Adjustments to Remedies: If necessary, remedies can be adjusted based on the feedback provided in the monthly check-in. This ensures that the treatment plan remains tailored to the individual.
