• 8 Weeks Review: A conversation about the changes you have experienced since our initial consultation. How your physical, emotional, and mental health are today.
  
• Remedies: Based on the information gathered, we will check if the direction of cure is positive and assess if the remedies chosen for the initial consultation are still the right match for you.
